ALABAMA CRIMINAL EXPUNGEMENT ATTORNEY
ARDP Rule 32 (2004)
All files relating to a complaint terminated by a dismissal shall be expunged from the files of the Alabama State Bar after 6 years have elapsed from the date of dismissal.
Ala. Code 12-151-03(a)
The legal and social files and records of a person who has been the subject of a delinquency petition can be expunged if:
(1) 2 years have elapsed since the final discharge of the person from custody; and
(2) the person has not been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, the person has not been adjudicated a juvenile delinquent, and no proceeding seeking conviction or adjudication is pending.
