A court convicting a person of either driving while intoxicated or refusal to submit to a chemical test can revoke the persons drivers license. The minimum periods of suspension are:
(1) 90 days for the 1st offense;
(2) 1 year for the 2nd offense;
(3) 3 years for the 3rd offense;
(4) 5 years for the 4th offense.
