Juvenile who is 16+ at time of the offense must be charged directly in adult court if any of the serious felonies listed in 47.12.030 is alleged.
Prosecutor may move to transfer case of any juvenile not amenable to rehabilitation in juvenile system. Criteria for court to consider is listed in 47.12.100 generally relates to nature of offense and prior record of juvenile.
