ARKANSAS DUI ATTORNEY
Ark. Code 5-65-104(a)
(A)(i) A person convicted for DUI with a BAC under 0.15 can have his drivers license suspended for 120 days for the 1st offense.
(A)(iii) A person convicted for DUI with a BAC of 0.15 or above can have his drivers license suspended for 180 days for the 1st offense.
(B) A person convicted for DUI for the 2nd time within 5 years can have his drivers license suspended for 24 months.
(C) A person convicted for DUI for the 3rd time within 5 years of the 1st offense can have his drivers license suspended for 30 months.
(D) A person convicted for DUI for the 4th time within 5 years of the 1st offense can have his drivers license revoked for 4 years.
