Admitted to State Bar of Arkansas in September 1980, and the United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of the same year, Attorney VanWinkle has practiced law for over 25 years. He was also admitted to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1981 and the United States Supreme Court in 1989. Attorney VanWinkle has handled hundreds of cases, included 3 capital murder cases, several first and second-degree murder cases, several manslaughter, negligent homicide, rape and drug cases in State and Federal Courts.
