Morris Bornstein received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in December 1975, and his JD from the Detroit College of Law in February 1979. While in law school, he received a Hornbook Award for excellence in the study of Criminal Law. Admitted to practice in Michigan, Florida, and before the United States Supreme Court, Mr. Bornstein was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1980.
Morris Bornstein has served as an Assistant State Attorney from 1980 to 1983 and became a resident partner for Imhoff & Associates since May of 2005. Mr. Bornstein has also appeared on Court TV as a guest commentator.
