CALIFORNIA CRIMINAL EXPUNGMENT ATTORNEY
California Penal Code 1203.4
(a) Where a person has fulfilled the conditions of probation or has been discharged early from probation, the person may request to be released from all penalties and disabilities resulting from the conviction, so long as the person is not serving a sentence or on probation for, or charged with the violation of, any offense. (b) Convictions cannot be expunged where the offense charged is:
(1) a specified violation of the vehicle code, (2) a specified sexual crime involving a minor, or (3) rape.
