Criminal Defense Law Firm Marketing Department Intern Opportunity

The criminal law firm is seeking a Marketing Intern to assist the Director of Marketing with a variety of projects and marketing related administrative duties which will allow the student to experience a cross-section of marketing duties in the following areas: search engine marketing, online & print advertising, reporting, measuring ROI, planning & budgeting and research.

This following list is the type of work that may be performed by the intern. Assignments will vary depending on the time of year.

• Design print and/or online advertisements
• Search Engine Marketing
• Track/measure advertisements
• Create project reports showing effectiveness of project using charts
• Communicate with vendors on project status and requirements
• Work with video
• Other duties as assigned
• Research - online

Minimum Training & Experience Required to Perform Essential Job Function:

• Intern must be enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree seeking program and have a minimum of one's years work experience with references and completed at least two years of college.
• Must be able to work in both Spanish and English fluently.
• Must have excellent people skills and ability to maintain absolute confidentiality of information.
• Must have the ability to operate a personal computer with a variety of programs including MS Word, Excel & Publisher, and the Internet; knowledge in use of fax machine, copier, and other business machines; and the ability the handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Hours are flexible based on the Intern's school/work schedule, the project and the time of the year.

* 2011 opportunity to be determined with candidate and Marketing Director.   Depending on assignment, may begin anytime and possibly includes an hourly wage commensurate with work experience and knowledge level. Location is near the 5th Avenue Metra station in Naperville and/or has easy accessible parking.
