DELAWARE DUI ATTORNEY
Delaware Code Ann. tit. 21, 4177A
A person convicted for DUI can have his drivers license revoked for:
(1) 12 months for the 1st offense; (2) 18 to 30 months for the 2nd offense, depending upon the persons BAC; (3) 24 to 36 months for the 3rd offense, depending upon the persons BAC.
