Where a minor has been charged with an act of delinquency and the case was not adjudicated, the person may file a petition requesting expungement of arrest and court records relating to the charge.

If an adult has been charged with the commission of a crime but the case was not adjudicated, the accused may file a petition requesting expungement of the police and court records.
