Mitchell H. Nelson graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in History and a Minor in Political Science in 1969. He received his JD from the Wayne State University Law School in June of 1972.
A member of the Michigan State Bar Criminal Law Section since 1972, Mitch has been a practicing Criminal Defense Attorney for over 39 years. A current member of the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan and National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, Mitch is also an admitted member of the United State District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the United States Sixth Courts of Appeals.
