Attorney Peter Giovannini has been practicing law for 17 years and is licensed in New Mexico in U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.  Peter Giovannini is also licensed to practice in Texas and has been a certified Mediator since 1999 and is a 1997 graduate of the Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyer's College. 

Attorney Peter Giovannini is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the New Mexico Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
