FLORIDA DUI ATTORNEY
Florida Stat. Ann. 322.28
A person convicted of Drunk Driving, DUI, DWI &/or Driving Under the Influence can have his drivers license suspended for:
(1) not less than 180 days and not more than 1 year for a 1st offense; (2) not less than 5 years for a 2nd offense within 5 years after the 1st conviction; (3) not less than 10 years for a 3rd offense within 10 years after a prior conviction.
