A person may apply for a certificate for eligibility for sealing an arrest record, unless the record pertains to:
-abuse or sexual misconduct involving a minor, elderly, or disabled person; -communications fraud; -drug trafficking; or -dangerous crimes (under Fla. Stat. Ann. 907.041), such as aggravated assault/battery, arson, burglary, carjacking, domestic violence, homicide, kidnapping, robbery, stalking, and others.
