  • Unlawful Sexual Activity with Minors: person 24+ years old has any sexual activity with person16 or 17. (Second degree felony).
  • Lewd Conduct in Presence of Minor: (1) person has sexual activity with person under 16 commits second degree felony; or, (2) person who touches in lewd way genitals of a person less than 16 years old, or who forces victim to touch defendants genitals, commits a lewd molestation, where defendant is 18+ and victim is less than 12 first degree felony, where defendant is under 18 and victim is less than 12 or defendant is over 18 and victim is 12+ second degree felony; or, (3) person who touches a person less than 16 in lewd way commits lewd conduct, where defendant is 18+ second degree felony, where defendant is less than 18 third degree felony; or, (4) person masturbates or exposes genitals in presence of person less than 16 commits lewd exhibition, where defendant is 18+ second degree felony, where less than 18 third degree felony.
