A person convicted of Drunk Driving, DUI, DWI &/or Driving Under the Influence can have his drivers license suspended for:
(1) 12 months for a 1st offense; (2) 3 years for a 2nd offense within 5 years of the 1st arrest.
-At the end of 120 days, the person may petition for reinstatement if he has fulfilled specified requirements. For a 3rd offense, the persons drivers license can be suspended for 5 years.
