GEORGIA CRIMINAL EXPUNGEMENT ATTORNEY

Ga. Code Ann. 35-3-37(d)

(1) An individual who has been arrested for an offense but whose case was not adjudicated may request expungement of the arrest records. (3) An individual has the right to the expungement of his arrest record if:

(A) the charge was dismissed, (B) no other criminal charges are pending against the individual; and (C) the individual has not been previously convicted of the same or a similar offense.
