  • Statutory Rape: person has intercourse with a person less than 16 years of age, sentence of 1 to 20 years, except where defendant is 21+ years old, sentence is 10-20 years; or where victim is 14 or 15 and defendant is no more than 3 years older than victim shall be misdemeanor.
  • Child Molestation: person commits any immoral or indecent act to or in presence of a person under the age of 16 with the intent to arouse. Where the molestation involves sodomy or causes injury to the victim it is aggravated child molestation.
