HAWAII DUI ATTORNEY
Hawaii Rev. Stat. Ann. 291E-61
A person convicted for DUI can have his drivers license suspended for:
(1) 90 days for the 1st offense; (2) 1 year for an offense occurring within 5 years after the 1st conviction; (3) not less than 1 year but not more than 5 years for an offense occurring within 5 years of 2 prior convictions.
