Juvenile Court Jurisdiction
Court may transfer case to adult court on own motion, or on motion of prosecution or juvenile where:
- Any person who is alleged to have committed a violent felony listed in 20-509.
- Any person who was 14+ at time of offense.
- Any adult who was under 18 at time of offense and found treatable in juvenile institution.
