- Lewd conduct with Child Under 16: person commits any lewd act on the body of a person under 16 years of age.
- Sexual Abuse of Child 16 or 17: person has, or solicits, any lewd act with a person16 or 17 years of age, where defendant is at least 5 years older than victim; or have or solicit any sexual contact with a person 16 or 17 years old.
