ILLINOIS CRIMINAL EXPUNGEMENT ATTORNEY
20 Ill. Comp. Stat. Ann. 2630/5
(c) Whenever a person with no previous convictions is acquitted or released without being convicted, defendant may petition a judge to order the arrest record expunged. (g) The court shall not order expungement of the arrest records of any person granted supervision for or convicted of any sexual offense committed against a minor.
