A person convicted for DUI can have his drivers license suspended:
(1) for 30 days, plus an additional 330 days of restriction, on the 1st occurrence; (2) for 1 year, plus an additional 1 year of driving only vehicles equipped with an ignition interlock device, on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th occurrences; (3) permanently on the 5th occurrence.
