Statutory Rape & Child Molestation in Kansas
- 21-3502 Rape Any person has sexual intercourse with a person under 14 years of age. (Severity level 1 person felony)
- 21-3505 Criminal Sodomy Any person has sodomy with a person at least 14 but under 16. (Severity level 3 person Felony).
- 21-3506 Aggravated Criminal Sodomy Any person has sodomy with a person under 14. (Severity level 2 person Felony).
- 21-3503 Indecent Liberties with a Child Any person engages in a lewd fondling or touching with intent to arouse of a person 14 or older but under 16 years old. (Severity level 5 person Felony).
- 21-3504 Aggravated Indecent Liberties with a Child Any person engages in a lewd fondling or touching with intent to arouse of a person 14 or older but under 16 years old and victim does not consent (Severity level 4 person Felony); or, any person has sexual intercourse with a person 14 or older but under 16 years of age (Severity level 3 person Felony) or, any person who engages in a lewd fondling or touching with intent to arouse of a person under 14. (Severity level 3 person Felony).
- 21-3522 Unlawful Voluntary Sexual Relations Any person engages in intercourse, sodomy, or lewd fondling or touching of a person 14 or older but under 16 years old and defendant is less than 19 years old and less than fours older than victim. (intercourse is severity level 8 person felony; sodomy is severity level 9 person felony; lewd touching is severity level 10 person felony.)
