Juvenile Court Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction over persons under 18 when crime was committed.
Upon motion of prosecutor court must transfer a juvenile who was 14+ at time of the offense if any of the serious felonies listed in 635.020(2) are alleged.
Upon motion of prosecutor court must transfer a juvenile who was 16+ at time of the offense if any of the serious felonies listed in 635.020(3) are alleged and the juvenile has a prior felony.
Court must transfer a juvenile who is 14+ at time of the offense and a firearm was used in the crime 635.020(4).
