• 14:42 Aggravated Rape Any person who has nonconsensual anal, oral or vaginal sexual intercourse with a person under 13 years of age. (Capital felony)
• 14:43.1 Sexual Battery Any person who touches with any part of the body or other instrumentality the anus or genitals of a person under 15 years old and who is at least three years younger than the defendant (or causes the victim to so touch the defendant). (Punishable up to 10 years).
• 14:43.3 Oral Sexual Battery Any person who touches with his mouth or tongue the anus or genitals of a person under 15 years old and who is at least three years younger than the defendant (or causes the victim to so touch the defendant). (Punishable up to 10 years).
