MAINE DUI ATTORNEY

Maine Rev. Stat. Ann. tit. 29A, 2451(3)

A person convicted for OUI can have his drivers license suspended for:

(A) 90 days if the person has 1 OUI conviction within a 10-year period; (B) 18 months if the person has 2 OUI convictions within a 10-year period; (C) 4 years if the person has 3 OUI convictions within a 10-year period; (D) 6 years if the person has 4 OUI convictions within a 10-year period.
