- 253 Gross Sexual Assault Any person engages in a sexual act with any person under 14 years old (Class A Crime); or where victim is under 18 and defendant works at school victim attends, defendant is victims parent or guardian, or defendant works at a childrens home, day camp, drug treatment center, etc. attended by victim . (Class C or B Crime)
- 254 Sexual Abuse of Minors Any person 5+ years older than victim who engages in a sexual act with any person 14 or 15 years old (Class D Crime) if defendant is 10+ years older than victim or related to victim (Class C Crime); or person 21+ who engages in a sexual act with any person 16 or 17 and defendant works at a school attended by victim (Class E Crime) if defendant is 10+ years older than victim or is related to victim (Class D Crime); or, any person has sexual contact with a person 14 or 15 and defendant is at least 10+ years older than victim (Class D Crime).
- 255-A Unlawful Sexual Contact Any person 3+ years older than victim who engages in sexual contact with any person under 14 years old (Class C Crime, Class B if contact included penetration) if defendant is 3+ years older than victim under 12 (Class B Crime, Class A if contact included penetration); or person who engages in sexual contact with any person under 18 and defendant works at a school attended by victim (Class D Crime, Class C if contact included penetration); or, person engages in sexual contact with any person under 18 years old and defendant is parent or guardian (Class C Crime, Class B if contact included penetration).
- 260 Unlawful Sexual Touching Any person 5+ years older than victim who engages in sexual touching with any person under 14 years old (Class D Crime); or, person engages in sexual touching with any person under 18 and defendant works at a school attended by victim (Class D Crime); or, person engages in sexual touching with any person under 18 years old and defendant is parent or guardian (Class D Crime).
- 256 Visual Sexual Aggression Against Child Any person 18+ who for sexual gratification lewdly exposes his genitals to a person under 14, or causes a person under 14 to expose his genitals. (Class D Crime, Class C if victim is under 12)
