MINNESOTA DUI ATTORNEY
Minnesota. Stat. Ann. 169A.54
A person convicted for DWI can have his drivers license suspended:
-for not less than 30 days upon the 1st conviction; -for not less than 180 days upon a 2nd conviction within 10 years after the 1st offense; -for not less than 1 year upon a 3rd conviction within 10 years after the first 2 offenses; -for not less than 2 years upon a 4th conviction within 10 years after the first 3 offenses.
