Juvenile court jurisdiction over persons under 18 when before the court.
No juvenile court jurisdiction over juveniles 16+ at time of alleged commission of first degree murder.
Prosecutor may request transfer of any juvenile 14+ at time of offense who is charged with a felony. Juvenile is presumed to remain in Juvenile court unless factors set forth in 260B.125(3) are present.
