MONTANA DRUNK DRIVING
Montana Ann. Stat. 302.525
A person convicted for DUI can have his drivers license suspended:
(1) for 30 days, plus 60 days of restricted driving privileges, upon the 1st offense; (2) for 1 year if the persons driving record shows 1 or more prior alcohol-related enforcement contacts during the immediately preceding 5 years.
