Statutory Rape / Child Molestation
- 566.032 Statutory Rape, First Degree Any person has sexual intercourse with any person under 14 years old. (Felony punishable 5 years to life).
- 566.062 Statutory Sodomy, First Degree Any person has deviate sexual intercourse with any person under 14 years old. (Felony punishable 5 years to life)
- 566.034 Statutory Rape, Second Degree Any person 21+ has sexual intercourse with any person under 17 years old. (Class C Felony)
- 566.064 Statutory Sodomy, Second Degree Any person 21+ has deviate sexual intercourse with any person under 17 years old. (Class C Felony)
- 566.067 Child Molestation, First Degree Any person has sexual contact with a person under 14 years of age. (Class B Felony)
- 566.068 Child Molestation, Second Degree Any person has sexual contact with a person under 17 years of age. (Class A Misdemeanor)
- 566.083 Sexual Misconduct Involving a Child Any person who lewdly for sexual gratification exposes his genitals to a person under 14, or causes a person under 14 to expose his genitals. (Class D Felony)
- Affirmative Defense -- Reasonable Mistake as to Age of Victim No defense for reasonable mistake as to age where victim is 13 or younger; but, if victim is under 17, reasonable mistake as to age is a defense.
