NEW HAMPSHIRE DUI ATTORNEY

New Hampshire Rev. Stat. Ann. 265:82-b

A person convicted for DUI can have his drivers license suspended:

-for not less than 9 months and not more than 2 years for the 1st offense; -for not less than 3 years for a 2nd offense within 10 years after the 1st offense; -indefinitely, but not less than 5 years, within 10 years after the prior offense.
