  • 30-9-11F Criminal Sexual Penetration, Fourth Degree Any person who engages in sexual penetration, not first or second degree criminal sexual penetration, with any person 13 to 16 years old where defendant is 18+ and at least 4 years older than victim; or, any person who engages in sexual penetration, not first or second degree criminal sexual penetration, with any person 13 to 18 years old and where defendant is 18+ and at least 4 years older than victim and defendant works at a school attended by victim. (Fourth Degree Felony).
  • 30-9-13B Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor, Second Degree Any person who engages in sexual contact with the unclothed intimate parts of a person under 13 years old; or, any person who engages in sexual contact with the unclothed intimate parts of a person 13 to 18 and where defendant: is in a position of authority as to victim and uses the authority to coerce the victim to submit, or uses force or coercion that results in personal injury to victim, or uses force or coercion and is aided and abetted by one or more persons, or is armed with a deadly weapon. (Second Degree Felony).
  • 30-9-13C Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor, Third Degree Any person who engages in sexual contact with a person under 13 years old; or, any person who engages in sexual contact with a person 13 to 18 and defendant is in a position of authority as to victim and uses the authority to coerce the victim to submit, uses force or coercion that results in personal injury to victim, uses force or coercion and is aided and abetted by one or more persons, or is armed with a deadly weapon. (Third Degree Felony).
  • 30-9-13D Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor, Fourth Degree Any person who by force or coercion engages in sexual contact with a person 13 to 18; or any person who engages in sexual contact with a person 13 to 18 years old and where defendant is 18+ and at least 4 years older than victim and defendant works at a school attended by victim.. (Fourth Degree Felony).
