(a) A person convicted for OUI can have his drivers license suspended for 90 days. (b) (1) A person convicted for OUI for the 2nd time in 5 years can have his drivers license suspended for 6 months. (b) (1-a) A person convicted for OUI within 10 years of 2 previous convictions can have his drivers license suspended for 6 months.
