  • 130.60 Penal Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree Any person who engages in sexual contact with any person under 14 years old. (Class A Misdemeanor).
  • 130.65 Penal Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree Any person who engages in sexual contact with any person over 14 but under 17 years old and where defendant 5 or more years older than victim. (Class B Misdemeanor).
  • 130.50 Penal Sexual Act in the First Degree Any person 18+ who engages in oral or anal sexual conduct with any person under 13 years old. (Class B Felony).
  • 130.45 Penal Sexual Act in the First Degree Any person 18+ who engages in oral or anal sexual conduct with any person under 15 years old (Class D Felony).
  • 130.20 Penal Sexual Misconduct Any person who engages in sexual intercourse or oral sexual contact with any person under 17 years old. (Class A Misdemeanor).
