NORTH DAKOTA DRUNK DRIVING
North Dakota Cent. Code 39-06.1-10(7)
A person convicted for DUI with a BAC under 0.18 can have his drivers license suspended for:
-91 days upon the 1st offense; -365 days upon the 2nd offense within 5 years; -2 years upon the 3rd offense within 5 years.
A person convicted for DUI with a BAC of 0.18 or above can have his drivers license suspended for:
-180 days upon the 1st offense; -2 years upon the 2nd offense within 5 years; -3 years upon the 3rd offense within 5 years.
