OHIO DUI ATTORNEY
Ohio Rev. Code Ann. 4511.19
(G) A person convicted for DUI can have his drivers license suspended:
-for a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 3 years upon the 1st conviction; -for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years upon a 2nd conviction within 6 years of the prior offense; -for a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 10 years upon a 3rd conviction within 6 years of two prior offenses; -for a minimum of 3 years upon a 4th or 5th conviction within 6 years of three or four prior offenses.
