OKLAHOMA DUI ATTORNEY

A person who is convicted for DUI or who refuses to submit to a sobriety test can have his drivers license suspended for: -180 days for the 1st offense; -1 year for the 2nd offense within 5 years after the 1st offense; -3 years for the 3rd offense within 5 years after the first 2 offenses.
