OREGON DUI ATTORNEY
Oregon Rev. Stat. 809.428(2)
A person convicted for DUI can have his drivers license suspended:
(a) for 1 year for the 1st offense; (b) for 3 years for the 2nd offense within 5 years after the 1st offense; (c) for 3 years for the 3rd offense within 5 years after the prior offense.
