- 163.395 Sodomy in Second Degree Any person who engages in deviate sexual intercourse with any person under 14. (Class B Felony.)
- 163.385 Sodomy in Third Degree Any person who engages in deviate sexual intercourse with any person under 16 and where defendant is 3+ years older than victim. (Class C Felony.)
- 163.411 Unlawful Sexual Penetration in First Degree Any person who engages in sexual penetration with any object other than penis or mouth with any person under 12. (Class A Felony.)
- 163.408 Unlawful Sexual Penetration in Second Degree Any person who engages in sexual penetration with any object other than penis or mouth with any person under 14 and where defendant is 3+ years older than victim. (Class B Felony.)
- 163.427 Sexual Abuse in First Degree Any person who engages in sexual contact with any person under 14 and where defendant is 3+ years older than victim. (Class B Felony.)
- 163.415 Sexual Abuse in Third Degree Any person who engages in sexual contact with any person under 18 and where defendant is 3+ years older than victim. Reasonable mistake as to age is a defense where victim is 16+. (Class A Misdemeanor.)
- 163.445 Sexual Misconduct Any person who engages in sexual intercourse or deviate sexual intercourse with any person under 18 and where defendant is 3+ years older than victim. Reasonable mistake as to age is a defense if victim is 16+. (Class C Misdemeanor.)
- 163.435 Contributing to Sexual Delinquency of Minor Any person 18+ who engages in sexual intercourse or deviate sexual intercourse with any person under 18 and where defendant is 3+ years older than victim. Reasonable mistake as to age is a defense. (Class A Misdemeanor.)
