CASE ANALYSTS
Case Analysts are the first individuals that prospective clients come in contact with. Case Analysts are instrumental in introducing the concepts of dignity and respect to each client caller, answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service. Case Analysts enthusiastically support clients by fielding incoming client phone calls, coordinating schedules for the client in meeting with an attorney, and enhancing communication systems.

CASE MANAGERS
Case Managers speak to clients after they are transferred to them by a Case Analyst. Case Managers return countless phone calls in an effort to personally meet with anyone interested in retaining private counsel to defend them in a criminal case, better informing the client upon the dynamics of the issues that are faced. A Case Manager might also drive thousands of miles to meet with a client. Imhoff & Associates goal is to have a Case Manager personally meet with each prospective client within four hours of each client's initial call. A Case Manager's background is highly diverse; many are attorneys, others former police officers or governmental administrators. Because the position is so unique, it takes a very special person to succeed as a Case Manager.
