Michigan Attorney Mitch Nelson

Appointed Resident Partner of Imhoff & Associates, PC

Detroit, MI- Attorney Mitch Nelson has been named Michigan Resident Partner of
Imhoff & Associates, PC, one of the biggest criminal law firms in the nation. Serving clients within the United States from coast-to-coast Imhoff & Associates, PC represents clients facing criminal prosecution.
 
With numerous trials under his belt, Mitch Nelson graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in History and a Minor in Political Science in 1969.  He received his JD from the Wayne State University Law School in June of 1972.

Attorney Nelsons legal career has its roots deeply embedded within the state of Michigan, where he has been practicing law for the past 35 years. 

Including his career in Ann Arbor as the Chief Assistant Public Defender of Washtenaw County, Nelson has handled the representation of over 1000 clients in counties throughout the state. Nelson has handled more than 50 jury trials, hundreds of evidentiary hearings and other contested matters. Mitch has devoted the entirety of his legal career to the practice of criminal law.

Attorney Nelson has been an admitted member of the United States Supreme Court since 1990, and is an admitted member of the United State District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the United States Sixth Courts of Appeals.
