- 3123 Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse Any person who engages in deviate sexual intercourse with any person under 16 where defendant is 4+ years older than victim. (First Degree Felony.)
- 3125 Aggravated Indecent Sexual Assault Any person who engages in sexual penetration with any person under 13; or, any person who engages in sexual penetration with a person under 16 and where defendant is 4+ years older than victim. (Second Degree Felony.)
- 3122.1 Statutory Sexual Assault Any person who engages in sexual intercourse with any person under 16 where defendant is 4+ years older than victim. (Second Degree Felony.)
- 3126 Indecent Assault Any person who engages in indecent contact with any person under 13 (First Degree Misdemeanor); or, any person who engages indecent contact with a person under 16 and where defendant is 4+ years older than victim. (Second Degree Misdemeanor)
- 3102 Affirmative Defense Where criminality depends on the child being below a critical age older than 14 years, it is a defense for defendant to prove to a preponderance that he reasonably believed the child to be above the critical age.
