California – Our Seventeen year old client was charged with LEWD AND LASCIVIOUS ACTS WITH A MINOR, SEX WITH A MINOR, ANNOYING AND MOLESTING A MINOR, AND VIOLATION OF HIS PROBATION. The District Attorney was trying to commit him to the California Youth Authority for four years or to a Group Home for Sex Offenders.
