SEX CRIMES

Florida - Our client was charged with SEXUAL MOLESTATION of a child under the age of 12 years – a FELONY that could land a convicted defendant to life in prison.  The state refused to discuss a plea offer.  The trial lasted four days and was excruciatingly difficult for our client.  In the end, the jury found our client NOT GUILTY!
