Florida: Client facing life in prison for multiple charges of Child Molestation – NO JAIL TIME
Our client was charged with four counts of Sexual Battery of a Child under 12 and four counts of Child Molestation. He was accused of these crimes for allegedly touching his own step-granddaughters, and faced a life sentence for these charges if convicted. Our attorney relentlessly negotiated with the court, and was able to secure a sentence that was favorable to our client. Our attorney was able to take a life sentence and negotiate a plea bargain of NO jail time and five years probation, with early termination of probation if 2.5 years are successfully completed.
