Our client was with her boyfriend at a Navy Exchange store; her boyfriend proceeded to open boxes and conceal almost $500 worth of merchandise. The two passed all points of purchase with the merchandise, and were then arrested. Our client was charged with being an accessory to Theft of U.S. Property.
