(1)(i) A person convicted for DUI with a BAC under 0.10 can have his drivers license suspended for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 180 days. (ii) A person convicted for DUI with a BAC of 0.10 or higher but below 0.15 can have his drivers license suspended for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months. (iii)A person convicted for DUI with a BAC of 0.15 or higher can have his drivers license suspended for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 18 months.
(2)(i) A person convicted with a 2nd violation within a 5-year period with a BAC less than 0.15 can have his drivers license suspended for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years. (ii) A person convicted of a 2nd violation within a 5-year period with a BAC of 0.15 or above can have his drivers license suspended for 2 years. 3(i) A person convicted of a 3rd or subsequent offense within a 5-year period with a BAC under 0.15 can have his drivers license suspended for a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 3 years. (ii) A person convicted of a 3rd or subsequent offense within a 5-year period with a BAC of 0.15 or above can have his drivers license suspended for 3 years.
