South Carolina Code Ann. 56-5-2990
A person convicted for DUI can have his drivers license:
-suspended for 6 months for the 1st conviction; -suspended for 1 year for the 2nd conviction; -suspended for 2 years for the 3rd conviction; -permanently revoked for the 4th or subsequent conviction.
